大学生创业者是当前中国创业浪潮中最为核心的创业群体之一,他们的价值观和行为取向对中国创业事业发展具有决定性的影响作用。本文选取8个大学生创业项目的创始人为研究样本,运用扎根理论研究方法,探索性地建构了基于“创业激情”为核心范畴的大学创业文化影响因素理论框架。得出的主要结论有:①大学创业文化的影响因素包括对大学创业规则的制定和创业行为合法化和可行性的管制层面因素;对创业价值观的塑造和创业精神植入的规范层面因素和以创业激情为核心范畴的认知层面因素;②创业政策导向、高校校训和创业胜任力是形成大学生创业者身份认同和积极情绪的前置因素;③区域创业文化、创业教育、家庭和榜样创业印记是创业合法性的基础,是创业行为可行性的保障。在大学创业文化自信建构方面,本文对政府和大学的实践建议如下:①分步骤建构大学生创业行为合法性和可行性;②通过榜样印记作用和创业教育提高创业胜任力;③分阶段点燃大学生创业者的创业激情。 |

Explore the three dimensions of university entrepreneurship culture and the analysis of its influencing factors: A multi-case study |

Abstract:College student entrepreneurs are one of the most core entrepreneurial groups in the current wave of Chinese entrepreneurship. Their values and behavior orientation have a decisive impact on the development of Chinese innovation and entrepreneurship. This paper selects the founders of 8 undergraduate entrepreneurship projects as the research samples, and uses the grounded theory research method to explore and construct the theoretical framework of influencing factors of university entrepreneurship culture based on the core category of "entrepreneurial passion”. The main conclusions are as follows: (1) the influencing factors of university entrepreneurship culture include the Regulative factors including the establishment of entrepreneurship rules, legalization and feasibility of entrepreneur behavior; Normative factors including the shaping of entrepreneurial values and the implantation of entrepreneurial spirit, and Cognitive factors including the core category of entrepreneurial passion.(2)Entrepreneurship policy guidance, college motto and entrepreneurial competency are the preconditions of forming college entrepreneurs" identity and positive emotions.(3)Regional entrepreneurship culture, college entrepreneurship education, family and role model entrepreneurial imprinting are the basis of the legitimacy of entrepreneurship and the guarantee of the feasibility of entrepreneurship. In terms of the self-confidence construction of university entrepreneurial culture, the practical suggestions for the government and universities are as follows: (1)Build the legitimacy and feasibility of university students" entrepreneurial behavior step by step;(2)Improve entrepreneurship skills through the imprinting effect of role models and entrepreneurship education;(3)Ignite the entrepreneurial passion of college entrepreneurs in stages. |
