选择在互联网时代成功实现转型升级的传统制造企业青岛红领为典型样本,基于其1995—2018年企业发展历程进行扎根理论分析,探讨企业持续竞争优势的来源。研究发现:企业在持续成长过程中,伴随着所嵌入结构洞网络的“开放—闭合—开放”的螺旋前进,其结构洞位势按照劣势、均势到优势方向进行递增演进;结构洞位势与动态能力相互作用共同演进,动态能力的形成是结构洞位势演进的基础,而更高阶的结构洞位势又会反过来促进企业动态能力的提升;结构洞位势与动态能力共同促进了竞争优势的形成。本研究基于动态能力和结构洞位势共同演进的制造企业持续竞争优势模型,为传统制造企业转型升级路径提供了理论指导。 |

Dynamic Capability, Structure Hole Status and Sustained Competitive Advantage |

It took Qingdao Redcollar, a traditional manufacturing enterprise that has successfully achieved transformation and upgrading in the Internet era, as a typical example, and discussed the sources of enterprises’ sustainable competitive advantages based on the grounded theory analysis of its development history from 1995 to 2018. The results show that the structure hole status evolves from the weakness, balance to advantage in the process of continuous growth, with the structure hole network spiraling forward state of “opening-closing-opening”. Dynamic capability drives the evolution of structural hole status, and the higher level of structural hole status in turn promotes the improvement of dynamic capability. Structure hole status and dynamic capability together promote the formation of sustained competitive advantage. The main theoretical contribution is to propose a model of sustained competitive advantage of manufacturing enterprises based on the improvement of dynamic capacity and the evolution of structural hole status, which provides theoretical guidance for the transformation and upgrading of traditional manufacturing enterprises. |
