外部网络为企业突破性创新在模糊前端阶段获取新颖的视野与创意提供了重要的知识源。基于社会网络理论,基于来自产业创新联盟内的257份联盟成员企业问卷,本文探讨了战略联盟技术多元性对焦点企业突破性创新的影响,并考察了联盟网络结构(关系依赖、结构洞)与环境动荡性(技术动荡性、竞争强度)在其中的作用机制。研究结果表明:战略联盟技术多元性与焦点企业突破性创新之间呈倒U形关系;关系依赖、结构洞、竞争强度正向调节战略联盟技术多元性与焦点企业突破性创新之间的关系;技术动荡性负向调节战略联盟技术多元性与焦点企业突破性创新之间的关系。 |

Mechanism and Impact of Strategic Alliance’s Technological Diversity on Breakthrough Innovation of Core Enterprise |

External networks provide important knowledge sources of breakthrough innovation to obtain novel vision and creativity in the fuzzy front-end stage. Based on social network theory, it discussed the impact of strategic alliance’s technological diversity on breakthrough innovation of core enterprise and studied the mechanism of alliance network structure and environmental turbulence with 257 questionnaires of industrial innovation alliance member enterprises. The results show that there is an inverted U-shaped relationship between strategic alliance’s technological diversity on breakthrough innovations of core enterprises. Moreover, relational dependence, structural holes, competitive intensity have positive moderating effect on the relationship between strategic alliance’s technological diversity on breakthrough innovation, and technological turbulence have negative moderating effect on the relationship between strategic alliance’s technological diversity on breakthrough innovation. |
