供应商参与绿色产品创新对制造业的绿色发展转型意义重大。本文从资源动员视角,揭示制造企业通过优先获取供应商的绿色创新资源来提升供应商参与绿色产品创新效能的权力组合策略。针对中国制造业229个样本的实证研究表明,制造商权力能够通过供应商绿色创新资源的优先获取,对供应商参与绿色产品创新效能产生显著的正向影响;为了优先获取供应商的绿色创新资源,制造企业应以奖赏权为主,惩罚权作为补充并控制其强度;如果供应商不依赖制造企业,无须同时使用奖赏权和惩罚权;当制造企业掌握非媒介权力时,应尽量加大奖赏权的强度,若非媒介权力以认同权为主,还应尽可能减少惩罚权的使用。 |

Power Mix Strategy of Supplier Involvement into Green Product Innovation —From the Perspective of the Resource Mobilization |

Abstract: |
Supplier involvement into green product innovation is significant to green development transformation of manufacturing firms. From the perspective of the resource mobilization, it revealed the power mix strategy to improving the effectiveness of supplier involvement into green product innovation though preferentially acquisition of supplier green innovation resources. According to 229 valid samples from Chinese manufactures, it shows that manufacture’s power positively affects the effectiveness of supplier involvement into green product innovation though preferentially acquisition of supplier green innovation resources. For preferential acquisition of supplier’s green innovation resources, manufacture’s reward power plays a lead role and coercive power plays the role of supplementing proposal which should be controlled by strength. Under the low supplier dependence circumstances, it’s not necessary for manufacture to use reward power and coercive power simultaneously. If manufacture holds no-mediated powers, they should increase the strength of reward power whenever possible, and decrease the strength of coercive power as low as possible under the high referent power circumstances. |
