随着我国数字经济与实体经济的融合发展,构建数字平台逐渐成为我国传统企业数智化转型的重要商业模式选择。本文采用纵向案例研究法,聚焦于i5智能共享机床平台的建设历程,基于动态能力理论分析数字平台商业模式创新的能力基础与过程机理。将数字平台的建设划分为启动、构建和扩展,发现传统企业通过对企业、网络和系统层面的动态能力部署对商业模式组件进行平台化调整,促进平台价值主张、闭环价值网络和多边数字平台的构建,逐步实现数字平台商业模式创新。研究结论丰富了动态能力在网络与系统层面的探索,强化了动态能力对商业模式创新现象的解释潜力,弥补了对数字平台研究动态性关注的不足,解析出数字平台与传统平台的差异,对传统企业的数字化转型以及突破固有路径依赖实现商业模式创新具有借鉴意义。 |

With the integration and development of digital economy and real economy, building digital platforms has become an important business model choice for the digital transformation of traditional enterprises. It adopted a longitudinal case study method, focused on the construction process of the i5 platform, and analyzed the capability foundation and process mechanism of the digital platform business model innovation based on the dynamic capability theory. It divided the construction of digital platforms into startup, construction and expansion. It finds that traditional enterprises make platform-based adjustments to business model components through the deployment of dynamic capabilities at the enterprise, network and system levels, which promotes the construction of platform value propositions, closed-loop value networks and multilateral digital platforms, and gradually realizes digital platform business model innovation. The research conclusions enrich the exploration of dynamic capabilities at the network and system levels, strengthen the potential of dynamic capabilities to explain business model innovation phenomena, and make up for the lack of attention to the dynamics of digital platform research by describing the evolution of the platform. The difference between digital platform and traditional platform was analyzed. There is great significance to the digital transformation of traditional enterprises and the breakthrough of inherent path dependence to achieve business model innovation. |
