对全球创新链进行测度,能够准确衡量各国(区域、企业等主体)的创新水平,并对其创新实践进行指导,但现有相关研究尚缺乏对全球创新链测度的探讨,制约了该领域的量化研究。本文构建了全球创新链测度体系,根据创新链相关理论,将其分解为“科学—技术—产品”环节,提出了“环节—联系—链条”的三层次全球创新链测度体系,用以对国家、区域、企业等主体在某一创新领域的全球创新链中创新情况进行测度与评价。在此基础上,通过AI领域全球创新链的例子解释全球创新链测度体系的应用,并基于AI领域案例对中国在AI领域全球创新链中创新状况进行了解读。研究结论丰富了全球创新链研究,并为各创新主体明确发展方向以及国家创新政策制定提供了参考依据。 |

Measuring the global innovation chain can accurately evaluate the innovation level of countries (regions, companies, etc.), and guide the innovation practice. However, there is still a lack of discussion on the measurement of global innovation chain, which restricts the quantitative research in this field. It constructed a global innovation chain measurement framework, which was divided into three phases of “science-technology-product” according to the relevant theories of the innovation chain, proposed a three-level global innovation chain measurement framework of “phase-link-chain”, which was used to measure and evaluate the global innovation chain of a certain innovation field for the country, region, company, etc. In addition, it explained the application of global innovation chain measurement system through the example of global innovation chain in AI industry, and interpreted the innovation status of China in the global innovation chain of AI industry. The conclusions enrich the research on the global innovation chain and provide a reference for the development direction of innovation actors and the formulation of national innovation policies. |
