制造企业数字化转型面临众多组织障碍,本文将制造业数字化转型视作数字主导的逻辑被引入组织,与原先的制造主导逻辑实现更替,从而在组织和场域层面逐渐获取“数字化”合法性的动态过程。通过对正泰的纵向案例研究,构建了制度视角下数字化转型的理论框架。研究发现,在数字化转型合法性构建与扩散的过程中,试点试验、集体试验、催化这3类机制扮演了重要作用,数字化转型的过程伴随了组织层面和场域层面的相互促进,形成了一种“共时变迁”的双向互动。研究结论既对制度视角下的数字化转型文献有重要启示意义,同时也对技术和能力视角下的数字化转型文献有一定的贡献。 |

Digital Transformation Process of Manufacturing Enterprises : a Longitudinal Case Study |

The digital transformation of manufacturing enterprises is facing many obstacles, it regards the digital transformation of manufacturing industry as a dynamic process in which the digital dominant logic is introduced into the organization and replaced with the original manufacturing dominant logic, so as to gradually obtain the “digital” legitimacy at the organizational and field levels. Through the vertical case study of CHNT, it constructed the theoretical framework of digital transformation from the perspective of institution. It is found that in the process of the construction and diffusion of the legitimacy of digital transformation, there are three mechanisms which play important role:pilot experiment, collective experiment and catalysis. The research shows that in the process of digital transformation, the organization and field levels have been promoting each other, forming a two-way interaction of “synchronic change”. These findings have important implications for the digital transformation literature from the perspective of institution, and also contribute to the digital transformation literature from the perspective of technology and capability. |
