有效关系管理是企业竞争优势的重要来源,随着平台生态系统在数字经济中的重要性日益增强,深刻理解平台生态系统中互补者所面临的多边关系越发显得重要。基于此,本文采用文献研究的方法,对平台生态系统中互补者多边关系的形成进行理论溯源。接着,基于价值创造、传递、获取的过程,对互补者所面临与平台所有者、其他互补者以及用户之间的多边关系以及关系管理进行梳理,并按照“前因—行为—结果—情境”的逻辑构建未来研究框架。本文从微观视角探讨互补者的多边关系,挖掘平台生态系统中互补者的交互环境,完善了平台生态系统问题的研究角度,为进一步探索平台生态系统中互补者的行为逻辑奠定了基础。 |

Effective relationship management is an important source of competitive advantage for enterprises. With the increasing importance of platform ecosystem in digital economy, it is an important topic to better understand of the multilateral relationship faced by complementors in platform ecosystem. Based on this, using the method of literature research, it firstly traced the evolution of the formation of the multilateral relationship faced by complementors in the platform ecosystem. Then, based on the process of value creation, delivery and capture, it sorted out the content and management of the relationship faced by complementor between the platform owner, other complementors, and users. Finally, the future research framework was constructed according to the logic of “antecedent-behavior-result-context”. It not only discusses the multilateral relationship from the micro perspective, but also explores the interactive environment of complementors in the platform ecosystem, which improves the research perspective of platform ecosystem as well as lays a foundation for further exploring the behavioral logic of complementors. |
