缺乏清晰的战略目标和实践路径、统一的转型认知以及连贯的转型战略仍是大多数企业数字化转型实践所面临的重重阻碍。鉴于此,利用中国制造业上市公司数据,试图从高管团队稳定性视角,剖析组织层面的主观能动性在破解数字化转型困局所发挥的潜在影响。研究结果表明:高管团队稳定性对企业数字化转型有显著的正向影响;高管团队的技术熟悉度正向调节高管团队稳定性与数字化转型之间的关系;企业的股权集中度负向调节高管团队稳定性与数字化转型之间的关系;随着股权集中度的提高,技术熟悉度对高管团队稳定性与企业数字化转型的增强效应将会削弱。研究结论不仅加深了对高管团队稳定性影响企业决策的认知,而且为微观企业数字化转型实践提供了指导。 |

Seeking Change in Stability? TMT Stability and Enterprise Digital Transformation |

The lack of clear strategic objectives and practice path, unified transformation cognition and coherent transformation strategy are still the obstacles faced by most enterprises in digital transformation practice. Based on this,with the data of listed manufacturing companies in China, it analyzed the impact of subjective initiative at the organizational level on solving the dilemma of digital transformation from the perspective of TMT stability. The results show that TMT stability has a significant positive impact on enterprise digital transformation; the technical familiarity of TMT positively moderates the relationship between TMT stability and digital transformation; the ownership concentration of enterprises negatively moderates the relationship between TMT stability and digital transformation;and with the increase of ownership concentration, the enhancing effect of technology familiarity on TMT stability and digital transformation is weakened. The conclusions not only deepen the cognition about the influence of TMT stability on enterprise decision-making, but also provide guidance for the practice of digital transformation of micro enterprises. |
