    摘要:

    在我国构建新发展格局并不断推进低碳经济战略的背景下,绿色创新不仅是促进产业结构优化升级的重要动力,更是实现经济高质量发展目标的核心途径。基于2009—2021年在我国深市创业板上市的制造业企业数据,探究不同类型的技术联盟是否及如何影响创业企业绿色创新。结果显示:与高校或科研机构组建技术联盟能够提升创业企业绿色创新水平,主要体现在绿色发明专利产出上,而与同行企业组建技术联盟则不利于企业绿色创新,具体表现为企业绿色专利、绿色发明专利及绿色实用新型专利产出的下降。调节效应检验发现,较高的研发强度能够降低行业间技术联盟对创业企业绿色创新的负向影响,而严格的环境规制不仅能够减弱行业间技术联盟对创业企业绿色创新的消极作用,还能增强高校或科研机构间技术联盟对企业绿色创新战略实施的积极作用。进一步分析发现,两类技术联盟在助力创业企业绿色创新发展的过程中存在一定的互斥作用。本文根据成员身份和功能异质性对技术联盟进行了二维划分,深入分析了不同类型技术联盟对企业绿色创新的影响,也为创业企业如何选择技术联盟伙伴、构建合作网络以推进绿色创新战略提供了有益启示。

    Abstract:

    Under the background of China’s construction of a new development pattern and the continuous promotion of low-carbon economic strategy, green innovation becomes an important driving force to promote the optimization and upgrading of industrial structure, and the core way to achieve the goal of high-quality economic development. Based on the data of manufacturing companies listed on Shenzhen GEM of China from 2009 to 2021, it explored whether and how different types of technology alliances affect green innovation of start-ups. The results indicate that technology alliances between universities and research institutions enhance green innovation, mainly reflecting in the output of green invention patents, while technology alliances with peer enterprises is not conducive to green innovation of start-ups, which is specifically manifested in the decline of the output of green patent, green invention patents and green utility model patents. The moderating effect test shows that higher R&D intensity reduces the negative impact of inter-firm technology alliance on green innovation of start-ups, while strict environmental regulation not only weakens the negative effect of inter-firm technology alliance on green innovation of start-ups, but also amplify the positive impact of technology alliances between universities and research institutions on the execution of start-ups’ green innovation strategies. Further analysis finds that the two types of technology alliances have a certain mutually exclusive effect in the process of promoting the green innovation development of start-ups. Based on categorizing technology alliances into two dimensions based on member identity and functional heterogeneity, it analyzes deeply the effects of different types of technology alliances on firms’ green innovation, and also provides valuable insights for start-ups on how to choose technology alliance partners and build cooperative networks to advance their green innovation strategies.
