    摘要:

    工业互联网平台是推进制造业数字化转型的关键抓手,也是制造企业开展融通创新的重要场域。目前学界对工业互联网平台中参与企业融通创新的关注比较缺乏,未能充分揭示工业互联网平台情境下参与企业融通创新的概念界定、驱动机制及治理策略。基于共生理论和资源编排理论,采用模糊集定性比较分析方法(fsQCA),通过调查184家参与工业互联网平台的制造企业,探究在地方数智环境、平台赋能主体、平台赋能客体3个层面选取的6个前因条件的交互作用下,参与型制造企业融通创新的4条联动路径组合。本文界定了工业互联网平台中制造企业融通创新的内涵特征,并分别从“融合”和“畅通”两个角度对其进行科学测度;工业互联网平台中参与型制造企业实现高融通创新存在4条路径,即平台赋能主客体联动型、赋能客体自主使能型、环境与赋能主体驱动型及环境与赋能客体适配型。研究结论拓展了工业互联网平台情境下制造企业融通创新的理论,也为制造企业融通创新实践提供了建议。

    Abstract:

    Industrial internet platforms serve as a key driver for advancing the digital transformation of the manufacturing industry and an important arena for manufacturing enterprises to conduct integrated innovation. Currently, the academic community’s attention to the co-innovation of enterprises participating in industrial internet platforms was relatively lacking, and it hadn’t fully revealed the concept definition, driving mechanism, and governance strategy of co-innovation of enterprises participating in the context of industrial internet platforms. Based on the theories of symbiosis and resource orchestration, it investigated 184 platform participating manufacturing enterprises and employed the fuzzy set qualitative comparative analysis (fsQCA) method to explore various interactive paths of co-innovation in manufacturing enterprises under the interaction of six selected antecedent conditions across three dimensions of local digital environment, empowering subjects of platform, and empowering objects of platform. It innovatively defined the connotation of co-innovation in manufacturing enterprises in industrial internet platforms from the perspectives of “integration” and “smoothness” and scientifically measured them. There are four paths for participating manufacturing enterprises in industrial internet platforms to achieve high levels of co-innovation, namely platform empowering subject-object synergy type, platform-driven object self-empowerment type, environment and platform subject drive type, and environment and platform object matching type. It expands the theoretical understanding of co-innovation in manufacturing enterprises in the industrial internet platform context and provides recommendations for the practical implementation of co-innovation in manufacturing enterprises.
