通过理论回顾,建立自恋型领导对知识型下属创新绩效的影响模型,探索创新意愿的中介作用和任务复杂性的调节作用,并通过654份知识型员工的有效样本进行实证检验.研究发现:自恋型领导正向影响知识型下属的创新绩效;创新意愿在自恋型领导对知识型下属创新绩效的影响中发挥部分中介作用;任务复杂性正向调节自恋型领导和知识型下属创新绩效的关系,以及创新意愿和创新绩效的关系.此外,研究还发现,自恋型领导对不同性别下属的创新意愿和创新绩效的影响有所差异. |

Narcissism Leadership and Knowledge Subordinates'Innovation Performance |

Abstract: |
Through literature review, it constructed the model of narcissistic leadership on innovation performance, and explored the mediating effect of innovation intention and the moderating effect of task complexity. It used 654 data of knowledge workers to verify the hypotheses. The results show that narcissistic leadership has positive impact on innovation performance;narcissistic leaderhip affects innovation performance through innovation intention;task complexity plays a moderating role on the relationship between narcissistic leadership and knowledge subordinates'innovation performance, and also on the relationship between innovation intention and innovation performance. In addition, it also finds that the impacts of narcissism leadership are different on the different gender subordinates' innovation intention and innovation performance. |
