基于国内大型军工科研机构的管理属性和经济特征,研究了职工培训在其组织中的战略地位、功能和特点,提出了其基于履职胜任能力的职工培训模型和对应组织创新和学习不同阶段和类型逐级提升的职工培训模式.对推动大型军工科研机构的职工培训和事业发展具有直接的意义,对大型国家事业单位和公务员系统推动其培训同样具有借鉴意义. |
