提出了一个基于知识异质性的知识冲突过程模型.知识冲突具有良性和恶性两种轨道,良性轨道可以激发知识的学习和创新,恶性轨道则会引起人际关系的紧张和团队凝聚力的下降.整个过程会受到冲突焦点的重要性、复杂性、组织的冲突惯例、当事人的彼此依赖程度和非正式交流频率等五个因素的影响.最后,结合浙江亚大集团进行了案例分析,并得出了有益的启示. |
