Abstract: |
As incubators help to increase the survival rate of entrepreneurship and stimulate technological innovation, more and more scholars attention are paid to the utilization of internal resources and learning efficiency of incubators. Based on the perspective of social cognitive theory, it took 8 incubating enterprises of different types of incubators in Chengdu as the research object and obtained the survey data of 184 incubated enterprises , and explored the specific influence mechanism of three kinds of entrepreneurs' cognitive biases on the learning of incubating enterprises under the incubator management context. The results show that a negative relationship between entrepreneurs’ overconfidence and entrepreneurial learning of start-ups in the incubation management context. The overconfidence of entrepreneurs and the belief in the law of small number are antagonistic, simultaneously, entrepreneurs' overconfidence, control illusion and the belief of the law of small number have a three-way interaction on incubated entrepreneurial learning. That is, the antagonism between overconfidence and the belief in the law of small number become invalid when they are under high level of illusion of control. It enriches the research content of entrepreneurs’ cognitive bias and provides guidance and reference for the incubators in China to reasonably formulate incubation criteria and optimize incubation performance. |
