本文在开放式创新范式下,探索当前创新生态系统发展趋势和影响机理;并运用超边际分析方法,揭示大数据时代背景中开放式创新生态系统的演化过程及其价值。研究发现:(1)伴随综合交易效率的提升,“创新生态系统”将向“开放式创新生态系统”转变。(2)系统结构转型不仅有助于降低创新风险成本;而且能衍生出更高分工水平的知识开发、研究和应用三大群落,专业化从事开创性创新、跟进性创新和创新应用活动。(3)开放式创新生态系统具有更专业的研发生态圈,能促进开创性创新市场规模扩大,并提升公共池的知识存量和质量。(4)这一结构转型还将有助于促进创新人才跨部门自由流动,扩大系统总容量,提高系统创新效率,从而使社会整体呈现出创新驱动的发展态势。最后依据上述研究结论,进一步探讨了政府在维持开放式创新生态系统发展中的作用。 |

Abstract: |
The Evolution Mechanism and Value of Open Innovation Ecosystem: This paper explores the current development trend and impact mechanism of the innovation ecosystem under the open innovation paradigm, and attempts to reveal the evolution process and value of the open innovation ecosystem in the era of big data. The study found that: First, with the improvement of comprehensive transaction efficiency, the “innovation ecosystem” will transform into an “open innovation ecosystem”. Second, the structural transformation of the system can reduce the cost of innovation risks, and derives the three major communities of knowledge development, research and application with higher division of labor, specializing in pioneering innovation, follow-up innovation and innovative application activities. Third, the open innovation ecosystem has a more professional R D ecosystem, which can promote the expansion of the pioneering innovation market and enhance the knowledge stock and quality of the public pool. Fourth, this structural transformation will also help promote the free flow of innovative talents across sectors, expand the total capacity of the system, and improve the efficiency of system innovation, so that the society as a whole presents an innovation-driven development trend. Finally, based on the above research conclusions, this paper further explores the role of the government in maintaining the development of an open innovation ecosystem. |
