服务主导逻辑经过多年的演化和发展,已经初步形成一套基础重建式的理论体系。为了服务主导逻辑的研究不偏离其作为“超越逻辑”的初衷,本文结合“what it is not”表述方法,对服务主导逻辑理论体系中所包含的核心概念进行思辨,归纳出“服务”认识狭隘化、“价值”理解片面化两类偏离初衷的原因。本文完善了以参与者、资源、服务、价值、制度5个核心概念为骨架的服务主导逻辑理论框架。为了促进服务主导逻辑的相关研究从“定性分析”阶段迈向“定量分析”阶段,本文基于服务主导逻辑的11个基本前提,提出了服务主导逻辑基础模型,阐释基本原理,明确计量思路,为服务主导逻辑的进一步演化和发展奠定基础。 |

Service-Dominant Logic: Core Concepts and Fundamentals |

The service-dominant logic has initially formed a set of basic reconstruction theory system through evolution and development. In order not to deviate from the original intention of “transcendental logic” in the further study of service-dominant logic, based on the narrative of “what it is not”, it thought critically about the core concepts contained in the theoretical system of service-dominant logic and summarized two kinds of reasons for deviating from the original intention, i.e. narrow understanding of “service” and one-sided understanding of “value”. At the same time, it improved the service-dominant logic theoretical framework which was based on the five core concepts of actors, resources, service, value and institution. Based on the eleven foundational premises of service-dominant logic, it put forward the basic model of service-dominant logic to promote the research of service-dominant logic from “qualitative analysis” to “quantitative analysis”. And then, it explained fundamentals, and cleared measurement idea, which laid a foundation for the further evolution and development of service-dominant logic in the future. |
