本文基于SCP范式对影响企业研发国际化创新绩效的制度环境—社会嵌入结构—组织学习行为因素进行组态效应分析,选取42个实施研发国际化活动的企业案例,通过模糊集定性比较分析法,探讨了制度环境、社会嵌入和组织学习对企业实现创新高绩效的组态效应。研究发现:实现研发国际化创新高绩效有两条途径,分别为制度主导下开发市场的基地打造型和环境复杂化下突破创新的联盟合作型,说明实现创新高绩效的路径并不唯一;导致非高创新绩效的组态有3个,当东道国存在较为明显的制度距离时,通过直接派遣本国员工的方式建立关系结构不利于创新绩效的达成。研究结果进一步揭示了我国企业开展研发国际化活动实现企业创新高绩效的复杂成因,对企业正确选择、规划研发国际化具有重要的参考意义。 |

How to Achieve Enterprise Innovation Performance in R&D Internationalization?A Configuration Analysis Based on SCP Paradigm |

Based on the SCP paradigm, it analyzed the configuration effects of institutional context-social embedding-organizational learning by using 42 cases of enterprises that carried out R&D internationalization. The interactive effect of institutional context, social embedding and organizational learning on enterprise innovation performance was discussed through fuzzy-set qualitative comparative analysis (fsQCA) method. It finds that there are two recipes for achieving high performance of R&D internationalization: system-led development of the market base-building and the alliance of breakthrough under the complexity of the environment, which shows that the path to achieve high innovation performance is not unique; there are three configurations leading to not-high innovation performance. When the host country exists obvious institutional distance, it is not conducive to achieve innovation performance by internal embedding. It further reveal the complex causes of R&D internationalization and innovation in Chinese enterprises. It is of great significance for enterprises to make a correct decision and plan on R&D internationalization. |
