数据已成为企业创新发展的新引擎和新动力,但中小制造企业如何挖掘数据价值并提升创新绩效,仍缺乏行之有效的方法。鉴于此,本文选取8家典型中小制造企业,基于扎根理论进行多案例剖析,从数据驱动视角揭示中小制造企业提升创新绩效的过程机理。研究发现:数据驱动中小制造企业提升创新绩效可从非研发技术创新、供应链协同创新、数据化流程创新、精准营销创新、用户参与产品创新和敏捷组织创新6个方面入手;通过数据驱动转型,中小制造企业得以提高创新能力、激活创新活力。根据数据驱动转型带来企业变革的强度和深度,将上述路径归为渐进式提升路径和突破式提升路径。具体地,中小制造企业可以从自身优势入手,通过非研发技术创新、供应链协同创新、数据化流程创新和精准营销创新,实现渐进式提升;通过用户参与产品创新和敏捷组织创新,中小制造企业得以打破既有模式和制度,实现突破式提升。 |

Data has become the new engine and new power of enterprise innovation development, but how to mine data value and improve innovation performance of small and medium-sized manufacturing enterprises is still lack of effective path. Given that, 8 typical enterprises were selected for multi-case analysis. Based on the grounded theory, it revealed the process mechanism of innovation performance improvement of small and medium-sized manufacturing enterprises from the data-driven perspective. The results show that innovation performance of data-driven small and medium-sized manufacturing enterprises is improved from six aspects: non-R&D technology innovation, supply chain collaborative innovation, digitizing process innovation, precision marketing innovation, user participation in product innovation and agile organization innovation. Through data-driven transformation, innovation ability of the enterprises is promoted and the innovation vigor is activated. According to the intensity and depth of data-driven transformation, the upgrading paths are classified as incremental upgrading path and breakthrough upgrading path. Specifically, enterprises can start from their own advantages, by means of non-R&D technology innovation, supply chain collaborative innovation, digitizing process innovation and precision marketing innovation to achieve incremental improvement, while user participation in product innovation and agile organizational innovation can break existing patterns and systems, and help enterprises to achieve breakthrough upgrading. |
