Abstract: |
Supply chain finance plays an important role in solving the financing problem of SMEs. Supply chain finance service provider (FSP) can alleviate the information asymmetry between banks and enterprises. It tested the hypothesis by analyzing supply chain data of FSP in the mobile and communications industry during 2015—2018. The results show that FSP is embedded in the supply chain, and obtain not only financial and operational information, but also industrial and supply chain information, which serve as an important basis for the supply chain credit rating. Supply chain information has a significant positive impact on supply chain rating and financing. According to the supply chain credit rating, FSP puts forward differentiated information requirements for enterprises. FSP can facilitate financing to the greatest extent on the basis of risk control. It extends the research on the situation of information asymmetry theory in supply chain finance, explores the supply chain credit rating model, and plays a certain role in alleviating the financing problems of SMEs. |
