新颖型商业模式创新是创业企业参与激烈的市场竞争、提升组织绩效的重要方式,然而创业企业的高管团队(TMT)认知如何激发新颖型商业模式创新的机制仍不清晰,无法阐释创业企业新颖型商业模式创新的内在影响机制。基于高阶理论和动态能力理论,本文分析了动态能力对TMT认知(认知异质性和认知能力)与新颖型商业模式创新关系的中介效应,并进一步探讨了竞争战略的调节效应。研究发现,动态能力对认知异质性、认知能力与新颖型商业模式创新的关系具有中介效应,差异化战略正向调节动态能力的中介效应,而成本领先战略负向调节该中介效应。本文探究了高管团队认知到新颖型商业模式创新的中介机制,揭示了创业企业新颖型商业模式创新的内在影响机理,推动了创业企业商业模式的理论研究。 |

Novelty-centered business model innovation has become an important way for entrepreneurial firms to participate in market competition and promote firm performance. However, the mechanism of how entrepreneurial enterprise’s top management team (TMT) cognition stimulating novelty-centered business model innovation is still unclear, and the internal influence mechanism of novelty-centered business model innovation cannot be revealed. Based on the upper echelons theory and the dynamic capability theory, it analyzed the mediation effect of dynamic capability on the relationship between TMT cognition and novelty-centered business model innovation, and further explored the moderated mediation effect of competitive strategy. The results show that dynamic capability mediates the relationship between TMT cognition and novelty-centered business model innovation. Differentiation strategy positively moderates the mediation effect of dynamic capability, while cost leadership strategy negatively moderates the mediation effect. It explores the mediation mechanism of TMT recognition and novelty-centered business model innovation, reveals the internal influence mechanism of entrepreneurial firms’ novelty-centered business model innovation, which promotes the theoretical research of entrepreneurial firms’ business model. |
