在涉农企业研发体量不足、自主创新能力较弱的现实约束下,选择开放式创新以获取异质性知识资源对提升其技术创新能力具有重要意义。基于此,本文使用SBM—网络DEA超效率模型测算了2014—2017年我国2 144家涉农企业的科技成果转化效率,并实证检验了开放式创新对科技成果转化效率的影响以及CEO经历、吸收能力与集成能力平衡度的调节效应。研究发现:开放式创新对涉农企业科技成果转化效率的影响呈倒U形;开放式创新未超过阈值时,CEO学术经历与研发经历均正向调节其对科技成果转化效率的影响,反之,CEO学术经历有助于缓和开放式创新的负向影响,但CEO研发经历未起到缓和作用;吸收能力和集成能力不平衡度负向调节开放式创新未超过阈值时对科技成果转化效率的影响,且加剧了其超过阈值后的负向影响。研究结论拓宽了开放式创新与科技成果转化相关理论,对企业创新能力提升具有较好实践意义。 |

Under the actual constraints of insufficient R&D capacity and weak independent innovation capabilities of agriculture-related enterprises, choosing open innovation to acquire heterogeneous knowledge resources is significant for improving their technological innovation capabilities. It used the SBM-network DEA super-efficiency model to measure transformation efficiency of S&T achievements of 2 144 Chinese agriculture-related enterprises from 2014 to 2017, and empirically examined the impact of open innovation on transformation efficiency of S&T achievements and the moderating effects of CEO experience and the balance between absorptive capacity and integration capacity. It drew the following conclusions. The impact of open innovation on transformation efficiency of S&T achievements presents an inverted U shape. When open innovation does not exceed the threshold, both CEO’s academic experience and R&D experience positively moderate the impact of open innovation on transformation efficiency of S&T achievements. When open innovation exceeds the threshold, CEO’s academic experience mitigates the negatives impact of open innovation, while CEO’s R&D experience does not. The imbalance between absorptive capacity and integration capacity negatively moderates the impact of open innovation when open innovation does not exceed the threshold, and intensifies the negative impact of open innovation when it exceeds the threshold. The conclusions broaden the relevant theories of open innovation and the transformation of S&T achievements, and have good practical significance for improving the innovation ability of agricultural enterprises. |
