基于耗散结构理论探究环境引发的区域创新生态系统熵变,从生态学视角构建区域创新生态系统环境效应指标体系,构建基于Brusselator转译模型的创新生态系统环境效应的评价模型。将我国大陆地区29个省市划分为东、中、西部,并以之作为研究对象进行实证分析,结果表明:区域创新生态系统环境效应熵值变动呈上升趋势,东部地区的负熵显著高于中、西部地区;区域创新生态系统环境效应较强区域绝大多数位于东部地区;区域创新生态系统环境效应差异加剧,在2012—2017年间,总体基尼系数、三大地区内部及地区间的基尼系数均增大,地区内部差异逐渐成为主要差异来源,创新生态系统环境效应的空间集聚性不显著。基于实证研究结果,从根据环境效应负熵的指标熵权调整政策方向、缩小环境效应区域差异、增强区域创新生态系统环境效应的区域辐射功能等方面提出政策建议。 |

Environmental Effects of Regional Innovation Ecosystem Based on Dissipative Structure Theory |

Based on the theory of dissipative structure, it explored the entropy change of regional innovation ecosystem caused by the environment. From the perspective of ecology, an environmental effect index system of regional innovation ecosystem was proposed, and the evaluation model of environmental effect of innovation ecosystem was constructed based on the Brusselator translation model. An empirical study was conducted with different regions divided by 29 provinces in China as the research objects. The results show that: the entropy of environmental effects of regional innovation ecosystems shows an upward trend, and the negative entropy in the eastern region is significantly higher than those in the central and western regions; most regions with strong environmental effects of regional innovation ecosystems are located in eastern China; disparities in environmental effects of regional innovation ecosystems have been intensified. From 2012 to 2017, the overall Gini coefficient and the Gini coefficients of the three regions and between the three regions have increased. Intraregional disparities gradually become the main source of total disparity. The spatial agglomeration of environmental effects is not significant. Based on the results of empirical research, it put forward the following policy suggestions: adjust the policy direction according to the index entropy weight of negative entropy of environmental effects, narrow the regional disparities of environmental effects, and enhance the regional radiation function of regional innovation ecosystems environmental effects. |
