本文总结了世界发达湾区科技创新发展经验,分析了粤港澳大湾区科技创新资源的比较优势和不足。在分析粤港澳大湾区科技创新体系要素的基础上,基于一般系统模块论构建出粤港澳大湾区科技创新体系模型,系统分析了各模块的功能定位和协同关系。结合粤港澳大湾区的实际,对其科技创新体系协同运行机制进行了深入探讨。 |

It summarized the experience of technological innovation and development in the world’s developed Bay Area, and analyzed the comparative advantages and disadvantages of technological innovation resources in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area. On the basis of analyzing the elements of the S&T innovation system in the Greater Bay Area, it constructed a technological innovation system model based on the general system module theory, and systematacially analyzed the functional orientation and collaborative relationship of each module. Combined with the actual situation of the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area, it discussed collaborative operation mechanism of its science and technology innovation system. |
