商业模式创新对新创企业十分重要,从认知视角出发能更好地从源头解释商业模式创新的产生。基于商业模式创新认知视角和行为决策理论,构建了一个被调节的中介模型来探究创业者控制错觉对新创企业商业模式创新的影响以及该影响的中介机制和边界条件。通过对373位创业者及其所在新创企业的调研数据进行实证分析,结果显示:创业者的控制错觉对新创企业商业模式创新有积极影响;机会识别和机会评估在控制错觉和商业模式创新的关系中起到中介作用;创业者行业内联系削弱了控制错觉和机会识别的正向关系,但是增强了控制错觉和机会评估的正向关系,而行业外联系增强了控制错觉和机会识别的正向关系,但是削弱了控制错觉和机会评估的正向关系。此外,行业内联系和行业外联系对于机会识别和机会评估中介作用的发挥也具有调节作用。研究结论丰富了商业模式创新的认知视角研究,并为新创企业如何使用控制错觉来实施商业模式创新提供了有益启示。 |

Business model innovation plays an important role in new ventures, furthermore, the cognitive perspective could explain the origin of business model innovation better. Based on the cognitive perspective of business model innovation and the behavioral decision-making theory, it constructed a moderated mediation model to explore the relationship between entrepreneurs’ illusion of control and new ventures’ business model innovation, as well as their mediating mechanism and boundary conditions. It made an empirical analysis on the survey data of 373 entrepreneurs and their new ventures, and the results are as following. Entrepreneurs’ illusion of control has a positive impact on new ventures’ business models innovation. Opportunity recognition and opportunity evaluation play a mediative role in the relationship between illusion of control and business model innovation.Entrepreneurs’ intra-industry ties weaken the positive relationship between illusion of control and opportunity recognition, as well as enhance the positive relationship between illusion of control and opportunity evaluation. Entrepreneurs’ extra-industry ties enhance the positive relationship between illusion of control and opportunity recognition, and undermine the positive relationship between illusion of control and opportunity evaluation. In addition, intra-industry ties and extra-industry ties also moderate the mediating effects of opportunity recognition and opportunity evaluation. Therefore, it enriches the cognitive perspective of business model innovation, and provides useful inspiration for new ventures to utilize illusion of control to conduct business model innovation. |
