智能制造正加速产业变革和产业链条重塑,为产业链韧性生成及增强提供了新动力。基于功能和过程视角,从补链、延链、固链、强链4个方面阐释智能制造对工业韧性的提升效应,提炼出工业结构多样化和技能结构高级化双重传导渠道。在此基础上,搜集了280个地级市的面板数据,采用双向固定效应模型识别智能制造对工业韧性的提升效应和作用机制。基准回归结果表明,智能制造显著提升了工业韧性,且经过改用工具变量估计法、使用遗漏变量敏感性分析法、排除同期其他政策干扰等系列稳健性测验后,智能制造的韧性提升效应依然显著。异质性分析结果发现,智能制造对工业韧性的提升效应在大中城市、胡焕庸线东侧城市以及工业型城市更为强劲。机制检验结果显示,智能制造通过增进工业结构多样化和促进劳动力技能结构升级,进而提升了工业韧性。研究结论为厘清智能制造影响工业韧性的因果逻辑和传导渠道提供了经验证据,为增强产业链韧性提供了新见解和新思路。 |

Intelligent manufacturing is accelerating industrial transformation and industrial chain reshaping, providing new impetus for the generation and enhancement of industrial chain resilience. Based on the functional and process perspectives, it explained the enhancement effect of intelligent manufacturing on industrial resilience in four aspects: complementary chain, extended chain, solid chain and strong chain, and distilled the dual transmission channels of industrial structure diversification and advanced labor force skill structure. On this basis, it collected panel data of 280 prefecture-level cities, and used the double fixed-effect model to identify the causal effects and mechanisms of intelligent manufacturing on industrial resilience. The baseline regression results show that intelligent manufacturing significantly enhances industrial resilience, and the resilience-enhancing effect of intelligent manufacturing remains significant after a series of robustness tests. The results of the heterogeneity analysis reveal that the effect of intelligent manufacturing on industrial resilience is more significant in large and medium-sized cities, cities east of the Hu Huanyong Line, and industrial cities. The results of the mechanism test show that intelligent manufacturing enhances industrial resilience precisely by increasing the diversification of the industrial structure and promoting the upgrading of the labor force skill structure. The findings provide empirical evidence to clarify the causal logic and transmission channels of the impact of intelligent manufacturing on industrial resilience, and provide new insights and ideas to enhance industrial chain resilience. |
