From the perspective of knowledge integration， it constructed a theoretical model of effectuation affecting intelligent transformation of manufacturing enterprises. The research objects were the manufacturing enterprises in high-tech development zones in Suzhou， Wuxi， Changzhou and other places. Based on the empirical analysis of 216 questionnaires， it finds that previous commitment， flexibility and experimental dimension of effectuation have a significantly positive impact on intelligent transformation， and knowledge integration has a mediating effect. The loss-bearing dimension is not only related to intelligent transformation with U-shaped relationship， but also indirectly affects intelligent transformation through knowledge integration. And， interface management not only positively regulates the relationship between knowledge integration and intelligent transformation of manufacturing enterprises， but also mediates the effect of knowledge integration between effectuation and intelligent transformation of manufacturing enterprises. The conclusions explain the internal mechanism of effectuation on intelligent transformation of manufacturing enterprises， and help to guide the practice of intelligent transformation in view of the strategic decision logic of the actors.
