Appropriate behavior decision-making can help female spin-off entrepreneurs effectively solve various survival problems. Aiming at the research problem of “how survival factors drive female entrepreneurs to successfully complete spin-off entrepreneurship”， it adopted the grounded theory research method to systematically study six female spin-off entrepreneurs selected under the guidance of theoretical sampling principle， and extracted three main categories of rich survival， stable survival and balanced survival， and identified the logical relationship between the main categories， summed up the core category of “survival driven female spin-off entrepreneurial model”. It finds that the survival factors from different subjects lead to three typical survival driven female spin-off entrepreneurial models： rich survival， stable survival and balanced survival. The mechanism of the three successful models is explained in detail according to the identity theory. It deepens the understanding of survival driven female spin-off entrepreneurship， and makes theoretical contributions in spin-off entrepreneurship， female entrepreneurship and survival entrepreneurship and other related fields， and has certain enlightenment value for the practice of female spin-off entrepreneurship.
