    摘要:

    将跨期选择理论中的“希望—权力”辩证分析构念引入团队合作行为研究中,既验证调和了已有创业情绪对合作行为的影响结论,又对其实现了补充和拓展。采用问卷调查方法,以232个主要开展数字平台众包技术合作业务的创业团队为样本开展问卷调查。实证分析表明:在目标、内容与过程的3个合作意向层面与整体意向层面,团队创业希望对技术创业团队的数字空间合作意向均具有显著正向作用;权力认知对团队创业希望和数字空间合作意向关系发挥调节作用,其中,高权力识解和权力接近取向均会增强团队创业希望对技术创业团队数字空间合作意向的正向作用,但低权力识解和权力抑制取向则均会削弱该正向作用。针对团队/组织层面情绪驱动行为的机理研究缺口,试图探明数字空间运作特质对创业合作意向形成与演化带来的不确定影响,进一步明晰了团队创业希望影响技术团队数字空间合作意向的潜在效应与边界条件。

    Abstract:

    It introduced the “hope-power” dialectical analysis construct in the intertemporal choice theory to the research of team cooperation behavior, which not only verified and reconciled the conclusion of the influence of existing entrepreneurial emotions on cooperation behavior, but also supplemented and expanded the conclusions. Using the questionnaire survey method, it carried out a questionnaire survey with the sample of 232 entrepreneurial teams mainly engaging in crowdsourcing technology cooperation business on digital platforms. The empirical analysis shows that in terms of the three levels of cooperation intention, content and process, and the overall intention level, team entrepreneurship hopes have a significant positive effect on the digital space cooperation intention of technology entrepreneurial teams. Meanwhile, power cognition played the moderating role in the relationship between entrepreneurship hopes and the digital space cooperation intentions. High-power awareness and power proximity orientation enhance the positive effect of team entrepreneurship hope on the digital space cooperation intention of technology entrepreneurial teams, while low-power awareness and power suppression orientation weaken this positive effect. Aiming at the research gaps in the mechanism of emotion-driven behaviors at the team/organization level, it tries to face the uncertain effects of the operational characteristics of digital space on the formation and evolution of entrepreneurship cooperation intentions, and further clarifies the potential effects and boundary conditions of entrepreneurial hopes on the digital space cooperation intentions of technical teams.
