Academic entrepreneurs not only play the role of researcher，but also engage in transforming academic achievements. Role conflicts may arise due to differences in role expectations. It focused on how academic entrepreneurs dynamically constructed meta-level role to resolve role conflicts and realized the process of role reconstruction. Based on the theory of psychological goal dynamics， it used multi-case study to explore the situations faced by individuals in different entrepreneurial stages， the psychological goals they generate， the action strategies they take， and the status of the role relationships reache. It finds that the dual role reconstruction of academic entrepreneurs has undergone an evolutionary process of simple congregation， core focus and harmonious symbiosis. During the start-up phase， academic entrepreneurs， driven by self-transcendence goals， adopt a role separation action strategy to complete simple assembling of dual roles. In the entrepreneurial development period， driven by growth goals， the individuals adopt role-enhancing action strategies， and have experienced the entrepreneurs’ role focus in dual roles. In the stable period of entrepreneurship， the individuals are driven by relationship goals， adopt the role integration action strategy， and complete the harmonious symbiosis of dual roles. It explores the micro process of the dual-role reconstruction of academic entrepreneurs，which enriches the entrepreneurial role theory. It also has certain guiding significance for the growth of academic entrepreneurs.
