    摘要:

    深入挖掘长三角“双一流”高校协同创新的基本特征与时空演进规律,对推进长三角更高质量一体化和提升双一流高校创新策源能力都具有重要意义。本文基于2012—2020年长三角“双一流”高校的授权专利数据,探索高校协同创新在时空分布、主体分布等方面的差异与时空演进。研究发现,合作授权专利数量快速增长但占比仍然偏低,上海和安徽表现出不同的变化趋势;在整体网络密度保持稳定的情况下,网络节点规模和强度显著提升;各高校随时间呈现出不同的演进规律,但高水平大学仍占据网络的中心位置;应用型合作(高校—企业)是长三角协同创新的主要形式,受到地理距离约束,而基础型合作(高校—高校、高校—科研院所等)则不受地理距离约束。相关研究结论补充和丰富了已有成果,并具有一定实践参考价值。

    Abstract:

    The basic characteristics and spatio-temporal evolution law need to be excavated from “double first-class” university collaborative innovation in Yangtze River Delta. It is of great significance for promoting higher quality integration of Yangtze River Delta, and enhance the innovation origin ability of “double first-class” universities. Based on the authorized patent data of “double first-class” universities in Yangtze River Delta from 2012 to 2020, it investigated the differences and the spatio-temporal evolution law of university collaborative innovation in terms of spatio-temporal and subject distribution. Empirical findings suggest that the number of collaboratively authorized patents is entering a rapid growth, while the proportion of which still remains low, Shanghai and Anhui Province have shown opposite trends. With the stability of overall network density, the scale and strength of network nodes increase significantly. Sample universities perform various spatio-temporal evolution laws over time, yet high-level universities still occupy the central position in the network. Application-oriented collaboration between universities and enterprises is the main form of collaborative innovation, which is subject to geographic distance. However, theory-oriented collaboration between universities and universities, universities and scientific research institutes is not restricted by geographic distance. As a supplement to existent research, it also provides certain reference for practice.
