In the era of digital economy， enterprises have to drift to digits， which is crucial to cultivating organizational resilience in complex environments. Based on the annual reports of Shanghai and Shenzhen A-share high-tech listed companies from 2013 to 2021， it used text analysis method to construct the digital transformation index of enterprises， then discussed the impact， mechanism and conditions of digital transformation on firm resilience from the long-term perspective. The result shows that， in the long term， digital transformation has a significant positive impact on firm resilience， which is manifested by reducing the financial volatility and improving the growth rate； resource allocation mediates the relationship between digital transformation and firm resilience. Industry competitiveness and supply chain concentration play the moderating roles among them： the more intense the industry competition， the stronger the promotion effect of digital transition on firm resilience； and the more concentrated the supply chain， the weaker the promotion effect of digital transition on firm resilience. The conclusions deepen the understanding of the relationship between digital transformation and firm resilience. Furthermore， it provides a theoretical basis and experiential insights for guiding companies to achieving digital strategy-enabled enhancement of resilience.
