数字创新生态系统价值共创路径研究——基于GT-fsQCA的混合方法

    数字化冲击了创新生态系统发展轨迹,变革了主体间创新协同和价值共创方式,引发了有关数字创新生态系统价值共创的探讨。采用扎根理论识别出数字创新生态系统价值共创的影响因素,归纳出数字创新生态系统价值共创的理论模型,并运用fsQCA方法揭示了数字创新生态系统价值共创的组态路径。研究表明,核心领导力、互补者绩效、数字技术创新、数字平台创新、数据应用创新、智能制造场景和用户体验场景是构成数字创新生态系统价值共创的重要因素,但上述7个因素均不能单一构成高价值共创的必要条件。存在3条高价值共创的组态配置,包括数字平台主导智慧型、数字技术赋能制造型和数据驱动服务型。在“生态种群优势”中,核心领导力和互补者绩效存在互补关系。在“数字创新模块”中,数字技术创新、数字平台创新及数字应用创新两两之间存在替代和互补关系。在“创新应用场景”中,智能制造场景和用户体验场景存在替代和互补关系。本文破解了数字创新生态系统价值共创路径“黑箱”,明晰了系统内价值共创因果机制,具有重要理论意义和实践价值。

    Abstract:

    Digitalization has impacted the trajectory of innovation ecosystems and transformed the way of innovation collaboration and value co-creation among actors, triggering discussions about value co-creation of digital innovation ecosystems. It adopted the grounded theory to identify the factors and summarize the theoretical model of value co-creation of digital innovation ecosystems, and used the fsQCA methodology to reveal configuration paths of value co-creation of the digital innovation ecosystem. The findings indicate that core leadership, complementary performance, digital technology innovation, digital platform innovation, data innovation, intelligent manufacturing scenarios and user experience scenarios are important factors of value co-creation of digital innovation ecosystems, but none constitutes a necessary condition for high-value co-creation. There are three configurations that generate high value co-creation, including digital platform-led intelligent, digital technology-enabled manufacturing and data-driven service. Within the ecological population advantage, there is a complementary relationship between core leadership and complementary performance. In the digital innovation module, digital technology innovation, digital platform innovation, and digital application innovation demonstrate substitutive and complementary relationships. In the innovation application scenarios, intelligent manufacturing scenarios and user experience scenarios show substitutive and complementary relationships. It cracks the ‘black box’ of value co-creation path in digital innovation ecosystem and clarifies the causal mechanism of value co-creation in the system, which holds significant theoretical and practical implications.
