    摘要:

    随着“人工智能+”战略行动的持续深化,人工智能在何种情境下能够以及如何增强企业创新韧性正迅速引起学术界关注。以2011—2022年沪深A股制造业上市企业为研究样本,探析了人工智能与企业创新韧性的关系机理,并基于技术能力适应性视角,进一步剖析了技术生态位宽度、技术锁定、技术环境动荡性在二者之间的调节效应。研究表明:企业创新韧性涵盖风险抵御能力、创新维持能力、创新恢复能力、创新跃迁能力4个核心维度;人工智能有助于企业创新韧性的培育,突出体现在提升风险抵御能力、创新维持能力、创新恢复能力3个方面;技术生态位宽度强化了人工智能对企业创新韧性的促进效果,而技术锁定、技术环境动荡性弱化了人工智能对企业创新韧性的提升效果。研究结果不仅丰富了企业创新韧性测度方法,为后期相关实证研究奠定基础;而且为理解人工智能在企业创新韧性中的作用提供新视角,为相关政策制定和企业管理实践提供理论支持和经验证据,有助于企业在VUCA时代中紧抓数智化机遇,实现有韧性的、可持续的创新发展。

    Abstract:

    With the continuous deepening of the “artificial intelligence +”strategic action,the situation under which artificial intelligence can and how to enhance enterprises innovation resilience is rapidly attracting academic attention. Taking A-share listed manufacturing enterprise in the Shanghai and Shenzhen stock exchanges from 2011 to 2022 as research samples,it explored the relationship mechanism between artificial intelligence and enterprise innovation resilience,and further analyzed the moderative effects of technology niche width,technology lock-in and technology environment volatility between them based on the perspective of technical capability adaptability. The results show that enterprise innovation resilience includes four core dimensions:risk resistance ability,innovation maintenance ability,innovation recovery ability and innovation transition ability. Artificial intelligence help cultivate enterprise innovation resilience,which is highlighted in three aspects:improving the risk resistance ability,innovation maintenance ability and innovation recovery ability. Technological niche width strengthens the promoting effect of artificial intelligence on enterprise innovation resilience,while technology lock-in and technological environment volatility weaken the enhancing effect of artificial intelligence on enterprise innovation resilience. The research results not only enrich the measurement methods of enterprise innovation resilience and lay a foundation for the later relevant empirical research, but also provide a new perspective for understanding the role of artificial intelligence in enterprise innovation resilience. It offers theoretical support and empirical evidence for relevant policy formulation and enterprise management practice, and help enterprises grasp the opportunities of digital intelligence in the VUCA era to achieve resilient and sustainable innovative development.
