    摘要:

    随着智能化与绿色化双重转型的推进,制造企业正积极探索员工与AI协作的新型工作模式。尽管AI的应用潜力巨大,但在人工智能可供性情境下,员工—AI协作对企业绿色创新的影响仍呈“事半功倍”或“事倍功半”的悖论。基于社会—技术系统理论和技术可供性实现理论,以中国长三角和珠三角地区350家智能制造企业为样本,利用层次回归分析和数学推导,分析了员工—AI协作对企业绿色创新的作用,检验了人工智能可供性对企业绿色创新的直接作用和调节作用。结果表明:员工—AI协作、自主可供性和交互可供性均对企业绿色创新产生显著正向影响,且自主可供性和交互可供性对员工—AI协作与绿色创新的关系起倒U形调节作用。本文创新性地揭示了人工智能可供性情境下员工—AI协作与企业绿色创新的复杂关系,并提出了人工智能可供性对绿色创新的双重作用路径。研究结论进一步丰富了社会—技术系统理论与技术可供性实现理论在绿色创新领域的应用,为智能制造企业实现绿色创新提供了理论支持与实践指引。

    Abstract:

    With the advancement of the dual transformation of intelligence and greening, manufacturing enterprises are actively exploring the new work mode of employee-AI collaboration. Despite the enormous potential of AI applications, the impact of employee-AI collaboration on green innovation in enterprises still presents a paradox of “twice the result with half the effort” or “twice the effort with half the effort” in the context of AI affordance. Based on the socio technical systems theory and the technology affordance theory, it took 350 intelligent manufacturing enterprises in the Yangtze River Delta and Pearl River Delta regions of China as samples, and used hierarchical regression analysis and mathematical derivation to analyze the impact of employee-AI collaboration on green innovation, and to test the direct and moderating effects of AI affordance on green innovation. The results indicate that employee-AI collaboration, autonomous affordance, and interactive affordance all have a significant positive impact on green innovation, and autonomous affordance and interactive affordance have an inverted U-shaped moderating effect on the relationship between employee-AI collaboration and green innovation. It innovatively reveals the complex relationship between employee-AI collaboration and green innovation in the context of AI affordance, and proposes a dual pathway of AI affordance on green innovation. The research further enriches the application of social technology system theory and technology affordance realization theory in the field of green innovation, providing theoretical support and practical guidance for intelligent manufacturing enterprises to achieve green innovation.
