    作为一项正在兴起且具有通用属性的智能化技术,AI如何被组织场景化采纳并有效发挥潜能,已经成为理论界和实践界关注的重要问题。本文选取嘉数产业互联网有限公司为研究对象,借助纵向单案例研究方法对嘉数内部成功引入和应用AI技术的典型实践进行剖析,探寻AI技术组织场景化采纳的过程和机制。研究发现,在AI导向的组织文化与认知转型的驱动下,AI技术组织场景化采纳的过程包括AI技术场景化引入和场景化应用两个阶段。在场景化引入阶段,企业通过AI知识点补课和AI场景化方案构建与迭代,实现AI技术与组织中具体任务之间的适配。在场景化应用阶段,企业基于AI技术进行数据捕获与整合,通过数据洞察与可视化、人机交互与应用两种方式赋能企业业务与管理活动,以充分释放AI技术业务替代和认知增强的潜能。AI技术的场景化引入和应用,可以有效提升企业的学习和沟通效率、管理质量和业务增量,帮助企业实现智能化升级的转型目标。本文构建了AI技术组织场景化采纳的过程模型,为传统企业的智能化转型实践提供理论借鉴。

    Abstract:

    As an emerging intelligent technology characterized by its general applicability, the organizational contextual adoption and effective harnessing of AI have become critical issues demanding urgent attention from both theoretical and practical domains. It selected JiaShu Industrial Internet Co., Ltd. as the research subject and employed a longitudinal single-case study methodology to dissect the typical practices of successfully introducing and applying AI technology within the organization, aiming to explore the processes and mechanisms underlying AI’s contextual adoption in organizational settings. The findings reveal that, driven by an AI-oriented organizational culture and cognitive transformation, the process of AI’s contextual adoption comprises two key stages: contextual introduction and contextual application of AI technology. During the contextual introduction phase, the enterprise achieves alignment between AI technologies and specific organizational tasks through AI knowledge remediation and iterative construction of context-specific AI solutions. In the contextual application phase, the company leverages AI for data capture and integration, empowering business and management activities via two main approaches—data insight and visualization, as well as human-computer interaction and application—thus fully unlocking AI’s potential for business substitution and cognitive augmentation. The contextual introduction and application of AI technology effectively enhance organizational learning and communication efficiency, management quality, and business growth, thereby facilitating the enterprise’s intelligent transformation objectives. It constructs a process model for the contextual adoption of AI technology within organizations, offering theoretical insights to inform intelligent transformation practices in traditional enterprises.
