    现有研究多关注智能制造转型的企业内部效应,较少从企业间互动视角考察其对绿色创新的影响,尤其缺乏对绿色创新研发与成果转化两个阶段差异化影响的系统分析。基于此,以2012—2022年中国制造业A股上市公司为样本,考察企业智能制造转型的同群效应及其对两阶段绿色创新的影响,并进一步分析其作用机制与异质性特征。研究结果表明,企业智能制造转型存在同群效应,同时智能制造转型同群效应能显著提升研发阶段和成果转化阶段的绿色创新。机制分析表明,智能制造转型同群效应通过技术整合驱动、市场竞争传导和资源要素分配3重机制为两阶段绿色创新提供了有力支持。异质性分析表明,发达地区的同群效应对企业两阶段绿色创新的促进作用更为显著;国有企业在绿色创新技术投入方面更具优势,而非国有企业在绿色创新应用场景拓展与成果扩散方面表现更为活跃。研究结论剖析了智能制造种群环境的范式对企业绿色创新的阶段性影响,为政府部门制定差异化的智能制造推进政策提供了决策依据。

    Abstract:

    Existing studies have primarily focused on the intra-firm effects of intelligent manufacturing transformation, paying little attention to its impact on green innovation from an inter-firm interaction perspective. In particular, there is a lack of systematic analysis on the differentiated effects between the R&D stage and the commercialization stage of green innovation. It used a sample of A-share listed manufacturing companies in China from 2012 to 2022 to examine the peer effects of intelligent manufacturing transformation and their impacts on the two-stage green innovation, and to further explore the underlying mechanisms and heterogeneity. The results show that intelligent manufacturing transformation exhibits significant peer effects, which substantially enhance green innovation at both the R&D and commercialization stages. The mechanism analyses indicate that peer effects of intelligent manufacturing transformation promote the two-stage green innovation mainly through three channels: technology integration, competitive pressure transmission, and resource factor allocation. Heterogeneity test shows peer effects are more pronounced in economically developed regions, and state-owned enterprises demonstrate advantages in green innovation R&D investment, whereas non-state-owned enterprises are more active in expanding green innovation application scenarios and diffusing technological outcomes. It elucidates the stage-specific impacts of peer environments of intelligent manufacturing on firms’ green innovation, providing policy-relevant insights to guide governments in designing differentiated intelligent manufacturing promotion policies.
