    摘要:

    面对数智技术深度渗透与全球经贸格局突变引发的颠覆性时空变革,技术创新管理理论体系亟须重构。融合哲学、物理学、管理学等学科,通过分析突破性技术创新在时空多维度下的本质特征,探讨了时间、空间及其耦合效应对突破性技术创新的影响,以及数智时代背景下突破性技术创新在时间与空间管理层面所呈现的多层次时空属性、内在逻辑及学理机制。在网络视角诠释突破性技术创新的“时空情景”的基础上,构建了“时空压缩—空间解耦—界面重构”三维互动机制,揭示数智时代突破性技术创新的时空重构;提出“技术轨道分形演进—创新资源量子态重组—价值网络拓扑重构”三元协同机制,揭示突破性创新的演化路径;“时空感知力—塑造力—跃迁力”循环耦合机制,揭示突破性创新管理的动态能力体系。通过构建突破性技术创新的时空管理分析框架,从根本上回应了数智时代对传统创新理论的挑战,为理解突破性创新的复杂性与非线性涌现提供了理论框架。

    Abstract:

    Confronted with the disruptive spatio-temporal transformations triggered by the deep penetration of digital and intelligent technologies and the sudden changes in the global economic and trade landscape, the theoretical framework for technology innovation management urgently requires reconstruction. It integrated disciplines such as philosophy, physics, and management to analyze the essential characteristics of breakthrough technological innovation across multiple dimensions of time and space. It explored the influence of time, space, and their coupled effects on breakthrough technological innovation, as well as the multi-layered spatio-temporal attributes, intrinsic logic, and theoretical mechanisms of breakthrough technological innovation in the context of the digital intelligence era, particularly in terms of time management and spatial management. Based on interpreting the “spatiotemporal context” of breakthrough technological innovation from a network perspective, it constructed three core mechanisms. First, a three- dimensional interaction mechanism of spatio-temporal reconstruction, which includes spatio-temporal compression, spatial decoupling, and interface reconstruction, to reveal the spatio-temporal restructuring of breakthrough technological innovations in the era of digital intelligence. Second, a ternary synergy mechanism of evolutionary path, which consists of the fractal evolution of technological trajectories, the quantum-state reorganization of innovation resources, and the topological reconstruction of value networks, to uncover the evolutionary pathways of breakthrough innovations. Third, a loop coupling mechanism of the dynamic capability system, which involves spatio-temporal sensing, shaping power, and transition force, to reveal the dynamic capability framework for managing breakthrough innovation. The conclusion develops a spatio-temporal management analytical framework for breakthrough technological innovation, which fundamentally addresses the challenges posed by the digital intelligence era to traditional innovation theories, and provides a theoretical framework for understanding the complexity and non-linear emergence of such innovations.
