    摘要:

    数智化转型是专精特新企业在VUCA时代提升创新韧性以应对复杂环境的重要路径。基于2013—2022年我国A股上市的国家级专精特新“小巨人”企业数据,实证考察了数智化转型对专精特新企业创新韧性的赋能效应及作用机制。研究发现:数智化转型显著提升了专精特新企业创新韧性。机制检验表明,数智化转型通过促进企业合作创新、提升企业风险承担以及增强企业技术优势,进而提升企业创新韧性。异质性分析表明,企业战略实现程度、行业集中度和地区数字基础设施水平等情境因素显著强化了数智化转型对创新韧性的促进作用。研究从微观机制视角丰富了关于数智化与创新韧性关系的理论解释,并为专精特新企业通过数智化转型系统提升创新韧性提供了政策与管理启示。

    Abstract:

    Digital intelligence transformation serves as a crucial pathway for specialized and sophisticated enterprises to enhance their innovation resilience and response complex environments in the VUCA era. It empirically examined the empowerment effect and operational mechanism of digital intelligence transformation on innovation resilience of such enterprises, based on the national-level specialized and sophisticated “Little Giant” enterprises listed on China’s A-share market from 2013 to 2022. The findings reveal that digital intelligence transformation significantly enhances innovation resilience of the specialized and sophisticated enterprises. Mechanism tests indicate that this transformation boosts innovation resilience by promoting collaborative innovation, increasing risk-taking capacity, and strengthening technological advantages. Heterogeneity analysis shows that contextual factors, including the degree of strategic implementation, industry concentration, and regional digital infrastructure levels, significantly amplify the positive impact of digital intelligence transformation on innovation resilience. It enriches the theoretical understanding of the relationship between digital intelligence transformation and innovation resilience from a micro-mechanism perspective, and also provides policy and management insights for the specialized and sophisticated enterprises to systematically enhance their innovation resilience through digital intelligence transformation.
