    在全球技术竞争加剧背景下,“卡脖子”困境成为关乎产业链安全与企业生存的系统性挑战。现有研究在微观层面缺乏对后发企业如何在逆全球化背景下通过开放与封闭的动态协同实现战略跃迁的系统解释。本文以佳时特为例,提出“技术生态—场景生态”跨阶段“开放—封闭”决策治理组合模型。研究发现,在依附适应阶段,企业处于技术依附情境,面临“依附锁定”挑战,通过“技术生态开放”与“场景生态封闭”的组合策略,在外部知识吸收与利基场景保护中完成初步能力积累;在自主重构阶段,断供压力倒逼企业重建自主技术体系,面临“重构转化”挑战,企业转向“技术生态封闭”与“场景生态开放”的动态组合,实现从“技术可用”到“技术好用”的价值逻辑跃迁。研究结论打开了“卡脖子”情境下后发企业技术可控的微观“黑箱”,从管理悖论视角深化了后发追赶理论与开放式创新理论,为后发企业实现技术自主突破提供启示。

    Abstract:

    Against the backdrop of intensifying global technology competition, the “chokepoint” dilemma has emerged as a systemic challenge threatening supply chain security and firm survival. Existing research lacks micro-level explanations of how latecomer firms achieve strategic transformation through the dynamic coordination of open and closed strategies under deglobalization. Drawing on a case study of Jiashite CNC Technology Co., Ltd., it developed a cross-stage open-closed decision-making combinatorial model of “technology ecosystem-scenario ecosystem” coordination. The findings reveal that in the dependency-adaptation stage, firms face a technology-dependence context and the challenge of “dependency lock-in”. By adopting the combined strategy of an open technology ecosystem and a closed scenario ecosystem, they accumulate initial capabilities through absorbing external knowledge and protecting niche application scenarios. In the autonomous-reconfiguration stage, supply disruptions force firms to rebuild an autonomous technological system and confront the challenge of reconfiguration and transformation. They shift to a dynamic combination of a closed technology ecosystem and an open scenario ecosystem, accomplishing a leap in value logic from “functional technology” to “high-performance technology”. The conclusion opens the micro-level “black box” of how latecomer firms achieve autonomous technological control under chokepoint conditions, advances both catching-up theory and open innovation theory from a managerial paradox perspective, and offers practical implications for latecomer firms pursuing independent technological breakthroughs.
