基于辽宁省企业经济信息库中企业技术能力的调研数据,利用倾向得分匹配方法控制参与产学研合作的内生性,对是否参与产学研合作、产学研合作研发强度对企业创新的影响及其作用机制进行实证分析.研究发现,参与产学研合作将显著提升企业的创新绩效,若忽略内生性影响将低估参与产学研合作的作用效果;产学研合作研发强度与企业创新绩效间呈U形关系;此外,产学研合作主要通过提升研发投入的使用效率来促进企业创新,但其不能显著提高人力资本投入的效率,即参与产学研合作会显著提高企业研发投入对创新产出的边际贡献率. |

It used the data from enterprise economic information database which based on the researches and evaluations of the technical ability of enterprises in Liaoning province, and researched the impact of participation, R&D input degree in industry-university-research collaboration and the mechanism by using propensity score matching method to control the endogeneity. It finds that participation in the industry-university-research collaboration significantly enhance the innovation performance, and the effect of participation in the industry-university-research collaboration would be underestimated if neglecting the influence of endogeneity. The R&D input degree of the industry- university-research collaboration and the innovation performance has a u-shaped relationship. Furthermore, industry-university-research collaboration promotes enterprise innovation mainly by enhancing the efficiency of R&D investment, which means participation in industry-university-research collaboration would significantly improve the marginal contribution rate of the enterprise's R&D investment. |
