随着我国入世及知识经济时代的到来,国有企业将面临更加 人才危机和人才竞争。人才竞争实质是体制和制度的竞争,在此,从企业角度设计了培训机制分类模型,并根据人力资本理论探讨各类培训机制中人力资源增量的产权归属问题。并将培训机制分类模型运用到国有企业人事制度改革领域,指出国有企业培训机制的改革方向。 |
