技能型战略联盟是国内外日益重要的企业战略合作形式,联盟成功的关键性决定因素是这种伙伴关系的事后维持,在伙伴关系的事后维持中,重要的行为要素则是信任.运用结构方程模型分析了技能型战略联盟中信任、知识获取、合作效应之间的关系,证实了增强合作伙伴之间的相互信任,能够有效地增加企业知识获取、增大合作效应,对指导企业参与技能型战略联盟、正确处理伙伴之间的关系具有重要的实际意义. |
