从工业经济时代到知识经济时代,激励的内容也从促进作为劳动力的人提高劳动生产率,转变为促进作为知识载体和源泉的人更积极地生产和转移知识.按照企业知识基础观的线路,论述了隐性知识转移过程中存在的认知与动机障碍,并引入了一个社会心理学理论——拥挤效应,即内在和外在激励问的相互作用,来阐明内在激励促进隐性知识转移的优势作用. |
