战略联盟合作者间的信任与控制情况是影响联盟绩效的关键要素.在理论分析的基础上,提出了关于信任、控制及其不同方式的相互作用对联盟绩效影响的若干假设,并根据问卷调查的结果进行实证检验,认为①在联盟管理中,理性信任的作用甚微,建立感性信任更有助于提高联盟绩效;②相对于正式控制而言,我国企业采取关系控制更有利于联盟绩效的提高;③对于建立了良好信任关系的合作者,合作双方主要工作是明确合作规则. |
