战略转型是当前中国企业应对经济发展“新常态”、谋求可持续发展的重要课题,而现有研究较少关注组织忘记对企业战略转型的催化和促进作用.本文通过文献探讨构建了一个有调节的中介模型,主要分析组织忘记对企业战略转型的影响,以及动态能力和IT能力在以上关系中所起的中介和调节作用.运用261家中国企业的有效问卷调查数据,对组织忘记、动态能力、IT能力和战略转型之间的关系进行实证研究.运用PROCESS宏程序进行回归分析,结果表明,组织忘记对企业战略转型的直接效应与间接效应同时存在,动态能力的3个维度—学习能力、环境适应能力和资源整合能力在二者之间均起着中介作用,IT能力在组织忘记与动态能力的3个维度间起到调节作用.研究结果不仅对组织忘记和战略转型的研究具有重要理论启示,同时对我国企业的战略转型实践具有重要的现实指导意义. |

Organizational Unlearning and Enterprise Strategic Transformation——A Moderated Mediating Model |

Strategic transformation became an important issue for Chinese enterprises to confront the “new normal” economy and gain sustainable development. Extant research paid little attention to organizational unlearning as the catalyst and promoter of enterprise strategic transformation. Based on literature review, it built a moderated mediating model to analyze the influence of organizational unlearning on strategic transformation, and the mediation effect of dynamic capability and the moderation effect of IT capability. The empirical study on the relationship between organizational unlearning, dynamic capability and It capability was conducted with 261 effective samples of Chinese enterprises. Regression was conducted using the PROCESS macro program. The results show that organizational unlearning has direct and indirect effects on strategic transformation, all of the three dimensions of dynamic capability, i.e., learning capability, environment adaption capability and resource integration capability, have mediation effect between organizational unlearning and strategic transformation, and IT capability has moderation effect between organizational unlearning and the three dimensions of dynamic capability . The research result not only has theoretical enlightenment on the research of organizational unlearning and strategic transformation, but also has instruction on the strategic transformation practice of Chinese enterprises. |
